ditentukan<\/li>\n<li>Waktu penyelesaian dilaksanakan paling lambat 10 (sepuluh) hari kerja sejak diterimanya permintaan petugas pengelola pengaduan akan menyampaikan tanggapan secara resmi. Dan petugas pengaduan dapat memperpanjang waktu paling lambat&nbsp; 30 (tiga puluh) hari kerja.
