Pemohon\/GTK&nbsp; (Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan) <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Menyiapkan Dokumen Persyaratan Perubahan Data Status Kepegawaian , Mengirimkan Dokumen atau file di laman yang telah di siapkan :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Syarat-syarat Pengajuan GTK Perubahan Status Status Kepegawaian&nbsp; GTK untuk Jenjang PAUD (TK, KB, TPA, SPS), SD, SMP, PKBM, dan SKB :<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Ceklist perubahan Data Kepegawaian;<\/li>\n<li>Surat Permohonan Perubahan Data Status Kepegawaian dari Kepala Sekolah Kepada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan;<\/li>\n<li>Foto Copy KTP;<\/li>\n<li>Foto Copy Ijazah terakhir;<\/li>\n<li>SK Pengangkatan;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Negeri&nbsp;<\/strong> :<\/span> SK dari Pejabat Pembinaan Kepegawaian; <br>&nbsp;ASN : <em><strong>SK CPNS\/PNS atau PPPK;<\/strong><\/em><br>Non ASN : <em><strong>(SK Sekolah dan SK Penugasan Dinas);<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Swasta<\/strong> <\/span>:<\/span> <strong><em>SK dari Ketua Yayasan<\/em><\/strong>;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Analisa Kebutuhan GTK (R10);<\/li>\n<li>SK Kepala Sekolah : Pembagian Tugas\/Mengajar;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>B. Satuan Pendidikan (Kepala Sekolah dan Operator Sekolah)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Perubahan Status Kepegawain GTK :<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Pengecekan terhadap kelengkapan Dokumen sesuai dokumen aslinya;<\/li>\n<li>Pengesahan terhadap Dokumen (<em>tand<\/em><em>a tangan dan stempel<\/em>);<\/li>\n<li>Surat Permohonan Perubahan Data Status Kepegawaian atau Akun GTK dari Kepala Sekolah Kepada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan;<\/li>\n<li>Menarik Data dari Managemen Dapodik setelah di Validasi dan konfirmasi dari Dinas, <strong>TarikDataNew<\/strong> Aplikasi Dapodik Lokal;<\/li>\n<li>Merekam Data Rinci GTK melalui Aplikasi DAPODIK;<\/li>\n<li>Mengirimkan Data Rinci GTK ke Pusat melalui Sinkronisasi DAPODIK;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>C. Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kab. Demak (DINDIKBUD)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Verifikasi Dokumen dari Pengajuan Satuan Pendidikan (<strong>Admin DAPODIK\/GTK<\/strong>);<\/li>\n<li>Melakukan Konfirmasi dan Validasi data dari Satuan Pendidikan (<strong><em>Admin DAPODIK<\/em><\/strong>);<\/li>\n<li>Melakukan Perubahan Status Kepegawaian GTK;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>D.
